Consume More Produce More !!!
The biggest problem world is facing now is not food, water, fossils or global warming but the tendency to produce more if demand is more. All the developed and developing countries are concentrating on how to meet the needs and demand for everything. Instead of meeting all the demand if they take steps to save to meet the needs will be a great decision.
If there is shortage of food then government form a committee to decide how to meet the food requirements. The committee proposes to use more fertilizers or some other artificial stuff for bulk production. But they should think of root cause of this which I think is population. They should take some serious thought about this.
Today if demand of fuel is more than basic tendency of countries is to fetch more oil from indigenous mines or import more oil. But they should think of the basic problem for this which is increase use of private vehicles. So govt. should put some planning commissions to plan better public transport which can be used by most of the people and that will reduce number of vehicles on road which in turn reduce the demand of gas/petrol/diesel.
Due to increase in population usage of water and electricity is on high so every summer either there is load shedding in some countries or there will be more number of power plants setup to meet the needs. But they should promote the rain water harvesting, reuse of water and use of solar energy etc.
Biggest reason for disasters like flood, global warming etc is cutting of trees. Trees are being cut either for setting of some big projects or by govt. to provide infrastructure. They don’t bother about bid problems coming on the way as a corollary to this.
Everybody should leave the tendency of “PRODUCE MORE IF CONSUME MORE” and more towards how to manage in existing things. So “SAVE MORE IF DEMAND IS MORE” will be the best strategy. If we consume more we are taking our coming generations towards BIG trouble.
